Standard Tasting

In this 30-minute, public wine tasting, visitors will sample six wines from Roessler’s single-vineyard Pinot Noir collection. Further highlighting the complex and subtle flavors, a selection of seasonal pairings & crackers are provided. Stand right at the tasting bar in front of the fireplace or have a window seat that overlooks historic downtown Sonoma.

Wine and Cheese Paring

In this 90-minute, private wine tasting experience, visitors will sample six or seven wines with local artisan cheeses from producers including Cowgirl Creamery, Old Amsterdam, and Cypress Grove, known for their truffle-infused goat cheese. Gather round a rustic dining table and use Riedel stemware shaped specifically for burgundy. Afterwards, select a bottle or two from 21 wines currently produced , and head over to a great Sonoma restaurant.
